What’s this all about, then?

A Gathering of Stories is an online storytelling event, centered around stories and performances that speak to and illuminate a specific them. For each event, we bring together incredible lineup of storytellers, poets, and musicians, curated over one or two days.

How can I watch and experience it?

This is not another massive conference where it’s easy to be overwhelmed by the content. This a carefully orchestrated experience delivered over livestream, that will make it feel as close to an in-person event. We partner with Stream of Consciousness, who will bring a high-level of production quality to the experience.

You will access the event is Zoom, which means you just need a free Zoom account. Once you register for your ticket, you’ll gain more info and gain the access code.

Can I watch it on TV?

Yes, there are some options to stream your laptop/computer to your TV. You can use Google Chromecast, or other similar feature. You can also hook up a cable (likely HDMI) from your computer to your TV’s input. You might require a bit of technical savvy, so good to ask a knowledge friend or online for your particular setup.

I can’t sit and watch a screen all day. Will there be breaks?

Yes! We are specifically creating a flow where there are breaks in-between presenters so you can stretch, go for a walk, tune in on your phone while you stroll in the forest, there are many ways to break up screen fatigue.

I can’t make the times. Will I get the recordings?

Yes! All attendees will have access to the recordings after the event. Note: It will likely take about a week to compile them in a format we can then share with you.
